Damaged items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery here. Include your order number, item name from your original confirmation email and a picture of the damaged product. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the product promptly.
Return Exceptions
Our return policy has certain exceptions. The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

- Samples
- Subscription purchases (unless items arrived damaged)

How to Return a Product

- Place the product in a box or envelope and mail it back to us.
- We will process your refund within 48 business hours of receiving your package.
