Store in a cool, dry place to maintain optimal quality. Cold storage is not necessary during transit.
What is the shel life of Rütean's supplements?
Each bottle of our supplements comes with an expiration date printed on the bottom, indicating its effective shelf life. Our products are designed to maintain their potency and quality up to this date.

What are the benefits of subscribing ?
Subscribing to Rutean's dietary supplement subscription service comes with multiple benefits, such as 15% discount on your recurring orders. As a subscriber, you will be the first to know about new products and special offers. Lastly, our subscription service offers flexibility, allowing you to edit, or cancel your subscription at any time.
When will my card be charged?
We will initiate the payment process 24 hours prior to your next order being slated for renewal, using your saved payment method. This seamless operation is designed to ensure that there are no interruptions to your subscription service.
We understand that your wellness journey is important, and our aim is to provide a hassle-free experience with the timely delivery of your selected products.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can choose to cancel at any time. While we hate to see you go, you can cancel your subscription by logging into your account and following the steps below.
1. Log in to your account
To login to your account, go to therutean.com and select the icon login at the top right of the page, enter your email address and password, and click “Login”.
2. Go to your active subscriptions
Below the welcome message select “Membership”. Your active subscriptions will appear on this page.
3. Go to “Edit”
Select “Edit” next to the subscription you want to cancel.
4. Select “Cancel Subscription”
Scroll down and select “Cancel Subscription” on the lower left side of the screen below the “Payment Method” section.
5. Tell us why you’re cancelling
Select the reason you’re cancelling. If you choose “Other reason” or “The product didn't work for me”, you have the option to provide more details on the next screen.
6. Complete the cancellation process
Depending on your reason for cancelling, you may see other actions on this screen. To complete the cancellation of your subscription, select “Cancel My Subscription”.
PS: You can skip a shipment or change your next charge date.
Can I pause/skip a delivery?
Yes. You can easily skip or pause a delivery by following the steps below. If you need to skip several deliveries you can find instructions.
1. Log in to your account
To login to your account, go to therutean.com and select the account login icon at the top right of the page (next to the cart icon), enter your email address and password, and click “Login”.
2. Go to “Subscriptions”
Below the welcome message select “Membership” then select “Subscriptions”.
3. Go to “Edit”
Select “Edit” next to the subscription you want to update.
4. Skip the upcoming delivery
Under "Your Subscription" select the “Skip Shipment” button. A box will appear confirming the date you are skipping, and your next shipment date. Once you verify the information click the "Skip" button.
Can I apply a promotional code to my subscription order?
Additional discounts can't be applied to subscription orders.
Can I update my payment details on my order?
Yes!
1. Log in to your account
To login to your account, go to therutean.com and select the login icon at the top right of the page, enter your email address and password, and click “Login”.
2. Go to “Payment Methods”
Below the welcome message select “Membership” then select “Payment Methods”.
3. Update your information
To update your card on file, select “Add New Payment Method”, enter your billing details, and click the “Add New Payment Method” button.
Orders and Shipping
What is the cost of shipping?
U.S Shipping
- Purchases over $75 ship free.
- Purchases under $75 ship for $7.95
International Shipping (Canada and other countries)
- International orders are not eligible for free shipping.
- Any free shipping promotions that may be offered from time to time are limited to orders placed for orders shipping within the contiguous United States.
- Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
How do I get free shipping?
We are pleased to provide free shipping on orders over $75 to the contiguous U.S. Free shipping is automatically applied to orders that exceed $75 before taxes and after any discounts have been applied. Please note that online gift card values do not count toward the free shipping threshold.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Delivery times vary by location. Expect 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 7-16 days for overseas.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You'll get tracking information via email once your order is on its way. You can also check your order status anytime in your account.
Returns
What is the 60-day return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days from the order date for orders shipped within the US. Please submit your return request within this period. For more information, see www.therutean.com/pages/return-policy
How do I return or exchange a product?

Can I return a product that has passed its expiration date?
In general, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for products past their expiration date.
