Shipping Order Conformation

Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Your order will then be sent to our warehouse, where it will be promptly picked, packed, and shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Domestic orders from therutean.com qualify for standard shipping services. Orders under $75 incur a flat shipping fee of $7.95. We provide free standard shipping for orders over $75 (after discounts are applied).

For orders, including Subscribe & Save, shipping to locations outside the 48 contiguous states, a flat rate of $19.99 will be charged at checkout. These locations include Alaska, Hawaii, and all other off-shore insular areas such as American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, and Puerto Rico.

Military Mail (APO & FPO) also has a flat rate shipping fee.

If your order is eligible, the free shipping rate will be automatically applied. Please note that modifying your order during checkout may affect the shipping rate.

Additional Information

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Saturday and Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders.

We utilize a range of shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. If you have ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately, resulting in multiple deliveries. You will receive a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when.
